We are happy to work with professional travel agents finding the right cruise (and tour) for their clients. We are experts at designing custom FIT’s for parties of two or two hundred. From Pharaonic themed dinners in temples (or at the pyramids of Giza) to concerts by famous Egyptian musicians, from camping at an oasis to the luxury of the Four Seasons, from running the Luxor marathon to a round of PGA quality golf, we can do it. We have been entertaining and educating travelers to Egypt since 1985. Our USA reservations staff have all been to Egypt numerous times and in keeping with a continuing education format, all go at least once each year. We personally inspect all ships and hotels we recommend at least every six months. Our guides are licensed Egyptologists, most graduates of the American University (Cairo) and many with multiple degrees. Our small group programs are guaranteed to operate regardless
of the number of travelers with a maximum number of 16 on each program.
Our payment and credit policies are the most liberal in the industry. Dec. 10: (Thursday) Breakfast, check out and Staff transfers you to the airport, assists with checking in for Egyptair #393 at 9AM to Aswan. Arriving 10:25AM enjoy a tour of the Temple of Philae and the Pharaohs granite quarries before staff transfers you to the Movenpick Elephantine Island Resort. O/N Aswan (B,L,D) Dec. 11:
(Friday) Breakfast, check out and staff transfers you to board your Deluxe Nile Cruiser, the Amarco. Lunch on board. Late afternoon sail on the Nile by Felucca (native sailboat). Note: These are wind powered and if there is no wind this will not operate. Return to the ship for Dinner. Overnight Aswan (B, L, D)
Dec. 12: (Saturday) Breakfast on board while sailing to Kom Ombo. Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. Return to the ship for lunch while sailing to Edfu. Upon arrival in Edfu visit the Temple of Edfu. Return to the ship for dinner on board. Sail to Luxor. Overnight Luxor (B, L, D) Dec. 13:
(Sunday) Breakfast in the morning followed by a visit to Luxor’s West Bank, where you will visit the Valley
of the Kings, the Temple
of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi
of Memnon. After touring return to the ship for lunch. Following lunch visit Luxor’s East Bank, which contains the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. Return to the ship for dinner. Overnight Luxor (B, L, D)
Dec. 14: (Monday) Disembark after breakfast. Staff transfers you to the Luxor Airport and you fly to Cairo on Egyptair #073 at 10AM. Arriving Cairo 11AM continue to Alexandria by air-conditioned vehicle. Visit the new Library. Enjoy the hospitality of the Marriott Renaissance, right on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. O/N Alexandria (B,L,D) Dec. 15: (Tuesday) Buffet breakfast then tour Alexandria, including a visit to the Alexandria National Museum, a world class presentation of Alexandria's history from its founding through the Middle Ages and visit the Greco Roman sites including the catacombs, Pompey’s pillar and the amphitheater. O/N Alexandria (B,L,D) Dec. 16: (Wednesday) Breakfast, check out, then return to Cairo and enjoy a tour of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities and the famous Khan el Khalili bazaar, where travelers have been finding bargains since the middle ages, before transferring to the Fairmont Heliopolis Hotel . Overnight Cairo (B,L,D) Dec. 17: (Thursday) Staff will transfer you to the Cairo Airport, assist with exit formalities and checking in for your international departure on Egyptair #985 at 10AM. Arriving New York's JFK airport at 3:15PM clear immigration and customs. (meals on the flight) TOUR INCLUDES: International air from New York in economy (coach) class. Domestic flights in Egypt in economy (coach) class. All transfers by air-conditioned vehicle relating to the tour program starting with arrival to Cairo.
